Damaged Product Claims
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we may review the issue under the following conditions:
• A clear, uninterrupted product opening video is mandatory.
• The video must be recorded from the beginning (before opening the package) until the product is fully unpacked, without pauses or edits.
• The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
Claims without a proper opening video will not be considered.
If the claim is verified, we will assess and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
